Previous Records
Please send all previous veterinary records to [email protected] prior to your scheduled appointment or bring them with you to the appointment. If possible, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation / Reschedule
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so within the confirmation email or by calling our hospital at 541-342-5858. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to ensure we’re able to assist other pets in need.
