Dr. Bruce, DVM

Dr. Bruce joined the West Eugene Animal Hospital team in May of 2023. She comes to us from Tennessee, where she received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

She says she feels honored to work with such dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff, and loves how united the team is behind the mission of providing high quality care to patients.

Dr. Bruce says she really enjoys meeting and getting to know all the West Eugene clients and learning about their unique bond with their pets. She says, “Our clients inspire me with how much they love and care for their pets.”

She moved to the area with her fiancé and 2 furry companions, Copper and Ghillie. Copper is a hound/pug mix and Ghillie is a tortie feline with a little demon in her! When Dr. Bruce isn’t in clinic, you will find her riding bikes, trail running, and exploring the beautiful Willamette Valley.
