Thomas Smith

You will know Thomas by his “radio announcer” voice on the phone. He joined our team as a customer service representative in September 2020. He comes to us from the shelter world. He says he “truly appreciates the constant contact with pets” and that he “learns something new every day.” Thomas has a Welsh Corgi (Tader Salad). When he isn’t at work you can find him exploring trails and new twisty roads on his motorcycle. He says he is a videogame nerd.
